Cinsel mitlerin cinsel işlev bozukluğu ve kaygı üzerine etkisi

Abstract

Bu araştırmada cinsel mitlerin, cinsel işlev bozukluğu, kaygı düzeyleri ve sosyodemografik değişkenleri açısından incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında; cinsel mitlerin, cinsel işlev bozukluğu ve kaygı üzerindeki etkisi incelenmiştir. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) for Windows 22.0 programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Mann Whitney-u testi ve Kruskall whallis testi kullanılmıştır. Kruskall whallis testi sonrasında farklılıkları belirlemek üzere tamamlayıcı olarak Mann Whitney-u testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sürekli değişkenleri arasında Spearman Korelasyon ve Regresyon analizi uygulanmıştır. Araştırma, 18 yaşını doldurmuş rastgele seçilmiş 78 erkek ve 72 kadın olmak üzere toplam 150 kişi ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veri toplama aşamasında örneklem grubuna, Sosyodemografik Bilgi Formu, Cinsel Mitler Formu, Golombok-Rust Cinsel Doyum Ölçeği, Durumluk ve Süreklilik Kaygı Ölçeği uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular sonucunda, yaş, cinsiyet, doğum yeri, eğitim düzeyi, aylık gelir, medeni durum, evlenme şekli, ilk cinsel bilgiyi edinme şekli, cinsel bilgisini yeterli bulma düzeyi ve cinsel hayatı değerlendirme şekli, cinsel mitleri, cinsel işlev bozukluklarını ve kaygı düzeyini yordadığı sonucu elde edilmiştir. Aynı şekilde elde edilen bulgular, cinsel mitlerin cinsel işlev bozukluğu ve kaygı düzeyi ile arasında pozitif yönde bir ilişkisinin olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Cinsellikle ilgili edinilen yanlış bilgilerin yani mitlerin bireyin cinsel işlev bozukluğunu ve kaygı düzeyini arttırdığı sonucu saptanmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda, yapılacak araştırmalara faydalı olabilecek önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

In this study, it was aimed to research of the effects of the sexual myths over the sexual dysfunction, anxiety levels and sociodemographic variables. Within the scope of the research, the effect of the sexual myths has researched over the sexual dysfunction and worry. The data received in the survey has analyzed by the using of SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) for Windows 22.0 program. Mann Whitney-u test and Kruskal-Wallis test have used for the research. Mann Whitney-u test has used as the modifier to determining the differences after the Kruskal-Wallis test. The Spearman Correlation and Regression Analysis has applied as the continuous variables of the survey. The research has carried out over the 150 people who has completed 18 years and randomized selected and as 78 male and 72 female. Sociodemographic Information Form, Sexual Myths Form, Golombok-Rust Inventory of Sexual Satisfaction and StateTrait Anxiety Inventory have applied to the sample group during the data collection. As a result of the findings received, this result has obtained: age, gender, place of birth, education background, monthly income, marital status, type of marriage, obtaining type of the first sexual experience, the finding enough his / her sexual knowledge and assessment mode of the sexual life are predicting the sexual myths, sexual dysfunction and anxiety level. Also, it has concluded that a sexual myth has a positive relationship with the sexual dysfunction and anxiety level upon the findings received. It has determined that the received false retrievals -myths- about the sexuality are increasing the sexual dysfunction and anxiety level of the person. In accordance with the findings received, the salutariness recommendations made suggested for the researches that will be performed in the future.
