dc.description.abstractBirleşmiş Milletler Kalkınma Programı, tüm Dünya ülkelerini kapsamayı hedefleyen İnsani Gelişme Endeksi’ni, İnsani Gelişme Raporları halinde 1990 yılından beri her yıl düzenli olarak yayınlamaktadır. Bu çalışma, İnsani Gelişme Raporlarından hareketle, Türkiye’nin insani gelişme açısından durumunun ve yıllar içerisinde gösterdiği performansın yakın blok ülkeleri ile karşılaştırmasını amaçlamaktadır. Çalışma içinde, Türkiye için geliştirilmiş İnsani Gelişme Endeksi senaryolarına da yer verilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractUnited Nations Development Programme has been regularly publishing the Human Development Index, which attempts to include all countries, in the form of Human Development Reports since 1990. This study aims to compare the status of Turkey in terms of human development and its performance over the years with those of near by blocs by using Human Development Reports. Human Development Index scenario screated for Turkey are also introduced in the study.en_US
