dc.description.abstractSağlıkla ilgili risklerin pandemi sürecinde artmış olması, hastanelerde iş güvenliği uygulamaları düzeyinin önemine bir kez daha dikkat çekmiştir. Çalışmanın amacı; Covid-19 pandemisi sürecinde bir eğitim araştırma hastanesinin iş güvenliği uygulamaları düzeyinin sağlık personelinin görüşlerine göre belirlenmesidir. Çalışma, karşılaştırmalı-tanımlayıcı tipte nicel tasarımı olan bir araştırmadır. Çalışmanın örneklem grubunu kamuya bağlı eğitim ve araştırma hastanesinde çalışan, Covid-19 tanılı hastalarla sıklıkla temas eden 60 doktor, 105 hemşire ve 70 teknisyen/ teknikeri oluşturmaktadır. Çalışma Eylül 2021-Temmuz 2022 tarihleri aralığında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmanın verileri araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan soru formu ve 45 soruluk Hastanede Çalışan Sağlık Personeli İçin İş Güvenliği Ölçeği ile toplanmıştır. Veriler, betimleyici (ortalama, standart sapma, frekans ve yüzde dağılımı) ve çıkarımsal analizler (ki-kare, tek yönlü varyans analizi) kullanılarak incelenmiştir. Ölçek toplam puan ortalamasının düşük düzeyde (3,09) olduğu, fiziksel ortam uygunluğu boyut puanının en yüksek ortalamaya sahip olduğu (4,01) ve en düşük puan ortalamasına sahip boyutun ise “meslek hastalıkları ve şikayetler” olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ölçek puanları, bazı demografik özellikler ve meslek gruplarına göre istatistiki anlamlı farklılık göstermiştir. Özellikle kadın sağlık çalışanları ve hemşirelere yönelik iş sağlığı ve güvenliği uygulamalarının artırılmasına yönelik çalışmalar yapılmalıdır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe fact that health-related risks have increased during the pandemic process has once again drawn attention to the importance of the level of occupational safety practices in hospitals. Purpose of the study is the determination of the level of occupational safety practices of a training and research hospital during the Covid-19 pandemic according to the opinions of the medical staff. The study is a comparative-descriptive type research with a quantitative design. The sample group of the study consists of 60 doctors, 105 nurses and 70 technicians who work in a public training and research hospital and frequently come into contact with patients diagnosed with Covid-19. The study was carried out between September 2021 and July 2022. The data of the study were collected with the questionnaire prepared by the researcher and the 45-question Occupational Safety Scale for Healthcare Personnel Working in Hospitals. Data were examined using descriptive (mean, standard deviation, frequency and percentage distribution) and inferential analyzes (chi-square, one-way analysis of variance). It was determined that the total score average of the scale was low (3.09), the physical environment suitability dimension score had the highest average score (4.01), and the dimension with the lowest average score was "occupational diseases and complaints". Scale scores showed statistically significant differences according to some demographic characteristics and occupational groups. Efforts should be made to increase occupational health and safety practices, especially for female health workers and nurses.en_US
